Born in Paris and a graduate of UCL in Computer Science and Management, Keven brings over 20 years of leadership experience with high-performing teams in Financial Derivatives Trading and Investment Banking at institutions like Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and Marex, spanning London, Houston, and Singapore.

Currently practising as an Agile Coach, Keven combines his vast expertise in coaching, leadership and positive psychology with a deep understanding of organizational agility. A qualified coach accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), he empowers individuals and teams to unlock their full potential through evidence-based Positive Agile practices.

As the founder of Positive Agile, Keven is at the forefront of a transformative movement. Currently completing his Master’s degree in Positive Psychology, Coaching and Leadership, Keven integrates evidence-based positive psychology practices with agile methodologies to foster resilient, high-performing teams and thriving organizations.
